Location was excellent!! Right on Istiklal St and close to shopping, food options and the historical Galata Tower as well as the Metro station. The atmosphere around the hotel was very vibrant and exciting. The room was good and the hotel upgraded us to an Executive room. The breakfast options were very good.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. They helped through our travel, from tourism suggestions to taxis and even helping us with our luggage. It was clean, had a decent breakfast and the amenities were satisfying. Even though you are in the busiest street of town, you cannot hear a thing of the noises which was really amazing. This was my second time trying this hotel. I recommend it and will go there again.

Location is great ! Breakfast is very good with great variety. Quiet rooms - no noise from the street. Staff very helpful. Will stay there again. Will recommend to any traveler going to Istanbul.

Hotel location is great it is close to all shopping places breakfast service was good especially Ms Leyla she was very helpful lady, rooms are comfortable reception service was good they helped us to change our rooms mr serkan was very helpful and guest relations ms ipek was always helpful to us also she always gives us information about the area and her hospitality was really good hotel was outstanding when i come back to istanbul i will definitely choose this hotel to stay again 👍🏻

The location of the property was excellent, making it very convenient for our stay. The rooms are cleans and every day the women knocking at the door early to clean the room. Regarding the staff, Yunus at the reception stood out for his dedication and helpfulness. He was the only one who responded promptly and kindly to our requests. On a positive note, the breakfast and overall food quality were exceptional, making for a great start to the day. Despite the mixed experience with the staff, the combination of the perfect location and excellent food made our stay enjoyable overall.

The overall feel of this hotel is really good. Add to this the amazing hotel location which makes it a worthwhile place to stay at for a few nights. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Location is absolutely unbeatable. Plenty of activity right on the hotel doorstep but great access (walking and transport) to get to both historical sites, food and beverage, shopping or other major transport hubs. Rooms were clean and, despite our room being on level 2 and facing the mall, the double-glazed windows completely insulated the noise (note, they can be opened to get fresh air into the room as well).

Richmond Istanbul has a Great Location. The staff is Very Friendly, always welcoming and smiling. Many thanks to the Front Desk Supervisor who did the check in, for upgrading the rooms and special thanks to the Guest Relations/Services for checking on how was the stay going. A special thanks to the bell staff as well, very helpful and always ready to assist. Upon check in, Amenities and Welcome Card were sent to the room which is a very nice touch. Breakfast was nice and a new selection of 1 or 2 items was added on a daily basis. Thank you Richmond Istanbul!
